Battenberg Cake


A deliciously light almond sponge, sandwiched together with apricot jam and covered in a thin layer of marzipan.  This bake pairs up perfectly with your hot drink of choice, or pack a slice for your lunch or mid afternoon treat.

Serves 6-8 approx. Can be frozen
