Ginger Nutty Biscuit Mix


Who doesn't like a ginger nut? Now you can bake your own, perfect with a cuppa or why not use them as a spicy base to a cheesecake?

Simple to make up, just add 100g of Butter/DF alternative, and then 100g Golden syrup, roll into balls, place on a baking sheet and after 20 minutes in the oven you will have your own gingernuts, with the classic cracked top.

Mix is Gluten Free, final recipe is egg free and can be dairy free.
